Wedding Consultation
Regardless of your planning stage, we are here to help! We’ll sit with you for one hour to listen, discuss, suggest, or help organize—whichever you may need. These consults may happen as a newly engaged couple, near the end of your planning process, or during the creation of your timeline. Consultations are completed by using our online booking system.
Full Planning Wedding & Coordination
As a Wedding Planner, we recognize that every wedding is unique, and every couple has a vision for their special day! Please contact us for the Full Planning Wedding Package. We can chat further about your special day, and set up an initial meeting to see if we are the right fit for you!
Day-of Wedding Coordination
Our most popular package! We carry out your wedding plans so it runs smoothly, and we do this as discreetly as possible! Offering a stress-free wedding, so you and your closest family and friends can relax and enjoy your special day!
Please Note: Every wedding will have a different itinerary and timeline. Our duties may vary depending on the client. The Wedding Chaperone will personalize each itinerary depending on the location of the ceremony/reception, the style of the wedding and the requests of the couple. Also, we do not offer any teardown or clean-up at the end of the evening.
Half-Day Wedding Coordination
This package is perfect for couples who don’t need a coordinator for the entire day, but can use some support! We offer six hours of coordination on the wedding day, strategically deciding on where our team will be the most support for you. These are discussed and determined together with the wedding couple.

DIFY (do it for you) Decorating Package
As a Wedding Planner, decorating is a passion! While I don’t carry my own decorations or inventory, my enthusiasm can be seen through the vision of my clients. We offer two selections for our DIFY Decor Packages: a three-hour package and a five-hour package. Depending on the amount of decor, number of venues and the distance between venues, this helps us determine which package works best for you!
