Wedding Consultation

Regardless of what planning stage you’re in, we are here to help! We’ll sit with you for an hour and listen, discuss, suggest, or help organize – whichever it is you may need. Consultations are by appointment only. Can be done at a discussed location or via phone.

Full-Service Wedding Coordination

As a Full-Service Wedding Planner, we recognize that every wedding has its uniqueness, and every couple has their vision for their special day! For Full-Service Wedding Planning please contact us for more details and to set up an initial meeting with The Wedding Chaperone!

Day-of Wedding Coordination 

The Wedding Chaperone is considered a ‘Day-of’ Wedding Coordinator but essentially takes on the role the Month-of the wedding. Our job is to look after all the last minute execution plans so your wedding day can run as smoothly as possible. The Wedding Chaperone is there so the Wedding couple doesn’t have to worry and family members are off the hook!

Please Note: Every wedding will have a different itinerary and timeline. Note that our duties may vary depending on the client. The Wedding Chaperone will personalize each itinerary depending on the location of ceremony/reception, style of wedding that is being executed and requests of the couple.

Half-Day Wedding Coordination 

The Wedding Chaperone is now offering Half-Day Coordination. This is perfect for wedding couples who don’t need a ton of help, but can definitely use a hand! The Wedding Chaperone offers coordination for 6 hours on the wedding day and these 6 hours are discussed and determined by us and the wedding couple. Usually decided on where the 6 hours will be put to use the best on your special day. During this allotted time, our team will follow the same routine as we would for our Day-of Coordination Package.

DIFY Decorating Package

As a Wedding Planner, I have a passion for decorating! While I don’t have my own decorations or inventory, my enthusiasm can be seen through the vision of my clients. We offer two selections for our DIFY Decor Packages: 4-hour package and a 6-hour package. Depending on the amount of decor (and the small details), which venues need to be decorated and the distance between the two venues- will help us determine which package works best for you!

Pop-Up Wedding Packages

Our Pop-up Weddings are unique and personalized for every wedding couple. While our prices reflect the cost of where our packages will commence, we do offer an A la Carte menu to allow for every wedding couple to add items, ensuring their day is everything they’ve dreamt of and more. *Some items are subject to change depending on the ceremony location, as our Portable Bubbly Cart will require a liquor license, so please keep this in mind.*

Starting at $1250 (Without Photography session)

The Intimate Ceremony (Up to 20 guests)

3 hours

  • Ceremony at a location of your choice
  • WPIC Certified Wedding Coordinator

  • Local cake to cut & celebrate
  • One Hour Session with a local Photographer (Sunday -Thursday)
  • Bouquet & Boutonniere (Bride & Groom)
  • Champagne to cheers! *1 drink/guest*
Starting at $2300 (Without Photography session)

A la Carta Menu – *Prices will vary*

  • Music (iPod with NO speaker provided, unless otherwise requested)
  • Light Refreshments (specific requests)
  • Photographer (one-hour session)
  • Extra alcohol 
  • Decor (tent, lights, etc.)

Housekeeping:

  • While the Wedding Coordinator can assist, it is the responsibility of the client to decide, choose and (pay-if needed) for their ceremony location
  • Alcohol choices are limited to champagne/prosecco
  • Our A la Carte menu prices will depend on the ask from the client
